All the team at PALI are always extremely helpful. They are always on hand to help go through any queries we have that may be outside the normal sort of thing that they deal with. If we have anything that it is urgent they always do their best to turn things around quickly. If ever we are not sure about how best to send a request through to them we can just pick up the phone and chat it through with them and they are able to sort it for us. The service quality is very high. Not just in the quality of the reports that we get but also in terms of the customer service we receive.
