An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Assistant to join Pali Ltd in Wallasey, Wirral.<\/p>\n
Pali (Property And Land Information) is a national, Conveyancing Search Company. We supply the legal sector with Conveyancing Searches\/Property Reports across England & Wales. The position available is based at Head Office.<\/p>\n
The Marketing Assistant\u2019s responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Supporting the Marketing Director
\n\u2022 Writing blogs and press releases
\n\u2022 Training new clients on our award-winning online ordering platform
\n\u2022 Good product knowledge with the ability to advise clients on the appropriate reports
\n\u2022 Assisting with marketing campaigns
\n\u2022 Database maintenance
\n\u2022 Answering queries from clients via telephone and email
\n\u2022 Customer service including basic technical support
\n\u2022 Direct marketing using on and offline techniques
\n\u2022 Generating business leads
\n\u2022 Data entry and account set ups
\n\u2022 Developing and maintaining client relationships
\n\u2022 Gathering client feedback
\n\u2022 Contacting prospective clients by telephone and email
\n\u2022 Connecting with prospective clients on social media
\n\u2022 Supporting franchise offices with marketing
\n\u2022 Updating\/amending marketing literature
\n\u2022 Creating and distributing marketing literature<\/p>\n
The chosen candidate will:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Have an excellent telephone and face to face manner
\n\u2022 Be confident contacting prospective clients over the telephone
\n\u2022 Have excellent written skills
\n\u2022 Have excellent organisational skills
\n\u2022 Be able to manage and prioritise their own workload
\n\u2022 Be able to multi-task
\n\u2022 Have excellent attention to detail
\n\u2022 Good IT Skills, proficient in Office, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat. Experience in Adobe Illustrator is an advantage.
\n\u2022 Marketing or Office experience
\n\u2022 Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) Grades A-C. Higher education qualifications desirable.<\/p>\n
A full, clean driver\u2019s license is desirable.
\nA creative, artistic flair is an advantage.<\/p>\n
Hours:<\/strong> Monday \u2013 Friday, 39 hours per week.
\nSalary:<\/strong> Meets national minimum wage. Experience will be taken in to consideration.<\/p>\n
