Previous experience as a Search Agent is preferred however full training will be offered to the right candidate.<\/p>\n<p>The job involves visiting local councils, examining their records, collating data accurately then producing a report by entering the information in to our company\u2019s bespoke computer system. You will be expected to perform other office duties on an ad-hoc basis.<\/p>\n<p>To apply for the position you must be\/ have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent use of spelling and grammar<\/li>\n<li>Good computer skills<\/li>\n<li>Fast typing speed<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of British geography<\/li>\n<li>Good map reading skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent telephone manner<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Good time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Min of 5 GCSEs grades C and above<\/li>\n<li>Extremely diligent and conscientious<\/li>\n<li>Full, clean driving license<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salary is based upon experience.<br \/>\nPali is a national Conveyancing Search company with franchise offices across England and Wales.
