PALI \u2013 Property And Land Information has developed \u2018Lender Tracker\u2019 for this purpose. Lender Tracker ensures conveyancers are automatically alerted to any changes in part 2 of the UK Finance Mortgage Lenders\u2019 Handbook for a specific lender, during the conveyancing process. You have the ability to change the lender you are monitoring and if anything does change in Part 2 for your specific lender, you will be alerted via email and presented with a new report, highlighting the changes.
