PALI Ltd (Property and Land Information) have been providing conveyancing searches to the legal profession since 1999 and have utilised this experience and reputation for the provision of Home Information Packs. We are not a new company trying to cash in on this new business but a well established, experienced business partner to the industry professionals.

It is important to be aware when considering price that for HIP's to be accepted by solicitors they should carry the Search and HIP code logo's and the search provider should be a member of the PCCB and IPSA or CoPSO. Pali were founder members of all three and were instrumental in writing the codes. We also provide commercial EPC, development Hips, SAP and PEA.

Pali Ltd (Property and Land Information) will provide the full Hip, or any of the searches or Energy Performance Certificates required for inclusion within your own white label Hip. There are many variations on the standard HIP, freehold, registered, unregistered, leasehold, common hold etc but as a guide our price for freehold, registered property is £270.00 including Vat. If you wish to defer payment for nine months the cost would be £332.40 for any where in England and Wales.
