Introducing GeoCerta: New Environmental Search Provider

Founded in 2025 by Dan Montagnani, who brings over 30 years of experience in the environmental risk and property data sector, GeoCerta was established with a clear mission: to simplify environmental reporting and help property professionals make informed decisions with speed and confidence.
As environmental and climate-related risks become increasingly important considerations in property transactions, GeoCerta’s approach is designed to help conveyancers navigate complex environmental information with ease, providing clarity for both legal professionals and their clients.
