Customer Service Apprentice Required!

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Apprentice to join Pali Ltd in Wallasey, Wirral.

Pali are seeking a friendly, flexible and efficient Customer Service Apprentice, who is confident on the phone and face to face with clients and members of staff. The successful candidate will be working from Head Office which is based in Wallasey, Wirral.

Working Week:

Monday to Thursday 9am-5:30pm, Friday 9am-5pm

Expected apprenticeship duration:

13 Months

Main duties:

  • Contact prospective customers via phone, email, text
  • Answer customer queries via phone and email
  • Database maintenance
  • Entering client’s details in to our bespoke computer system
  • Distribute company information
  • Generate property reports
  • Build client relationships

There is full time opportunities upon completion of the Apprenticeship

Training to be provided

The position will include ongoing in-house training, mentoring and support in order to be able to carry out the duties required as part of the role

This is in addition to completing a full Apprenticeship in Customer Service at Level 2, which includes NVQ Diploma, Technical Certificate in Principles of Customer Service and Functional Skills
