We will provide an overview of what is included in the report including the new information that meets the standards set in Section B8 of the Conveyancing Handbook (25th Edition), as well as looking at key aspects that a buyer should be made aware of when purchasing a farm and agricultural land. We will finish off by looking at case studies to provide real life examples of the risks encountered in agricultural transactions.
